Call of Duty 5 and NFS Undercover

2 of my favourite game series return for another year... Both proved to have a big fan base and now they planned another sequel for it.First, let's talk about the latest Call of Duty game. It's called World at War, with the 5 dropping of. The game is going back to World War II, rather than modern world that Call of Duty 4 did. This game is also set in Japanese World War rather than fighting Germans, the story is set to be darker and more matured. Developers want to make this game feel Japanese so they try Japanese army strategy in it, like Kamikaze and Katana killing. This game also add the feature that you can swim to change strategy...
On the other hand, let's talk about Need For Speed: Undercover (ProStreet with Audi R8 above). Last year game, the ProStreet, was a failure despite high hopes for the game, because the game travelled too far from the series and fans didn't like it. So, this year EA makes sure that the original theme is back and more features is added (not much annouced at the moment).

I actually looking forward to these games, is set to release before end of this year. So, get your keyboard and controller ready, these game will let you sit for hours!!!

Should Ronaldo go?

The news have been dominating the football (soccer) news all over the world right now... The question is, should United let him go?

I think they should, he don't even care about his manager and his teammate, all he cares about is money!!! He already forgot who bring him up to the top of the world, is Sir Alex Ferguson (United manager). Man United is the club who brought him up from an unkown footballer to a star!!!

Manchester United, forget Cristiano Ronaldo. He is good but he will be forgotten in United history... Anyway, it's his destiny...

ICT Techweek - My Duty

Techweek started at Tuesday, but We were busy preparing for the show at Monday already... Preparing PCs for students to play games, it's not easy actually, such as finding LAN router, cables, sufficient PCs etc...

At Tuesday, I went to school, preparing for duty. But all I found out is the PCs is not ready yet, the people who stay at school still haven't managed to solve it... So, a quick solution was used, such as delaying highly anticipated football game - FIFA 08 due to insufficient PCs working. We only made money on Need For Speed: ProStreet and Need For Speed: Underground 2. The first day was chaotic but ended up okay...

At Night, the duty went on... We didn't sell games, just jaga computer only. But that night, only 5 persons on duty, making it a sleepless night. Besides no sleeping, we still need to fix FIFA 08 problem, we installed it. After making lots of changes later, the FIFA 08 was ALIVE AGAIN... To ease the stress, Me, Ah Chuan, Ah Tatt and Song Ling played NFSU2 for many hours before morning, making it very fun!!!

Wednesday morning, as usual, reboot all PCs for people to play and everybody heard the news of FIFA 08 back, the lineup is queuing for it, eased of the pressure of other games... At night, more people jaga, making more relaxing to work with... With lots of sleep that night, we were ready for it.

Last day, the busiest of all... All people rushed for the final play with the PCs before we stopped the activity. Even Mr. Goay was impressed by our gaming presentation....

At 4 pm, the atmosphere was quiet once again, we cleaned up the hall... After those work with the Techweek, a short 3 days was over... I wish we could make it again ourselves...

Hamilton said the penalty was to harsh... Is it?

I was watching Canadian Grand Prix at home (Star Sports replayed it), and I saw the Hamilton crashes on the news so I decided to watch it...

After couple of laps, I saw the crash. For me, it's like Oh MY GOD!!! How can Hamilton crash it?!?! I think this year pit stop limit is limited to 58 kph only, 58!!! My dad drive faster than that on the Penang Bridge...

Kubica had a lucky escape, Hamilton tried to avoid him so he turn it left, and Raikkonen is on the left side of Kubica, so Hamilton hit him and not the BMW...

In 58 kph, F1 drivers should avoid that crash. For me, F1 drivers' reactions are much more faster than normal human, because they drive it almost hitting 300 kph on a long straight line, any mistake would catastrophic in that kind of situation...

I think Hamilton's penalty on that crash is not harsh, it was okay for me. I hope he will be more matured on his statement next time around...

What do you think? See the video plzzzz.....

Kubica won first GP for career and BMW

Robert Kubica (Poland), from BMW-Sauber... Scored a historic win for BMW and his personal career in Canada 2008...

Kubica suffered a serious crash on the same track almost a year ago... After a horrible crash, came in a dramatic win!!!

Fantastic Kubica, and you are a championship leader!!!

In other hand, Lewis Hamilton from McLaren made a silly mistake!!! He crashed into Raikkonen in the pit lane!!! About 58kph, is fast, but not fast for an F1 driver, he can avoid it... LOL

This caused Ferrari to lost a victory!!!

Friendster in Malay???

This use to be Friendster in normal mode (english), but after a recent beta mode in Malay...

Well, I didn't say it's useless but it's still, useless!!! The sentence can't even write in a line, needs to be many columns, which is takes time to scroll down... which was very very waste of time.

I won't use Malay version until it's settled. If the real version still like this, even you force me to use it, I rather don't use Friendster...

Conclusion: Still need polished in Malay version

Got new HDD... but

I carried my PC to PC Depot to add another HDD to my CPU...

I went in the store, tell the guy I wanted a 500 GB Hard Drive (if averagely 5 GB game, can hold up 50 of them). He brought the Hard Drive in, tell me that Seagate and WD doesn't provide cables to the HDD, so another 20 bucks wasted...

After couple of minutes, I thought of an article I saw on the net, stating that it's better to add RAM to handle 3 HDD for better performance on computing and gaming. So I added a 1 GB RAM, make it 2 GB...

After all those installation, the guy booted up my PC make sure everything working... But after checking up, he told me something very very bad, "your DVD-ROM is broken"... At that moment, something popped up on my head, saying "WT*?! Another 100 bucks off my pocket?"

So I asked the guy whether he can repair it... He said that manufacturers don't make spare parts for repair... OMG, I need another 100!!! I chose the more affordable and normal performance... So I chose a SAMSUNG DVD Drive, hope doesn't broken anytime soon...

After paying, me and my mum left the shop and went back home...
